4 Week Mindfulness Meditation Series w/ Beryl Herrin
Tuesday Evenings September 13 - October 11 7:30-8:30pm
|
| |
At Focus Fitness, our mindfulness program will teach you how to improve your mood, decrease your stress, and enjoy your life more fully.
Mindfulness is a way of learning to relate directly to whatever is happening in your life, a way of honoring your life, a way of doing something for yourself that no one else can do for you - consciously and systematically working with your own situation. Whether it be stress, pain, illness or abundance and joy: Here we put out the welcome mat to whatever "is".
Meditation is not something that you have to "get" or acquire. It is already with in you - a deep internal resource available, patiently waiting to be released and used in the service of learning, growing, and healing.
No experience of meditation is needed. All are welcome; chairs will be provided if desired.
