NEW!!!  Alignment Series ~  8 Week Series

Are you new to yoga? Do you want to deepen your current practice? Are you an athlete? Do you have any shoulder injuries? Do you want to strengthen your joints & ligaments; specifically your knees, ankles and wrists to enhance your athletic performance or your daily life? THIS IS THE CLASS FOR YOU! The Alignment Series is a specific sequence of postures based on the Hatha principles of Yoga. The class will target every muscle group in your body while giving you inner strength and fierce focus. The systematic sequencing, the physical alignment, and staying in the postures for a longer period of time, will give you the opportunity to heal previous injuries, build lean muscle, and create tenacity. This class will help you "drop in" and "peel away the layers" to deepen your mind, body and spirit.

In addition to this Tuesday night - 8 week series, we want you to practice the Alignment class another 2 times per week so that you can see tremendous gains both physically and mentally. Therefore, if you enroll in the full 8 week series, ANY OF OUR ALIGNMENT CLASSES on our weekly schedule (Bryn Mawr or Narberth) will be at our student rate of $12/class.

If you cannot commit to the full series you may use your current class card or
drop-in for $15/class.

8 Week Series - ONLY $100
Drop-in rate:  $15/class or use your class card
