Spinning 45
This 45-minute indoor cycling class provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. Participation in the Spinning program will enhance your speed, strength and stamina, improve your overall physical health and increase your caloric burn.
Spinning 60
An extended version of our Spinning 45 class – Just an extra 15 minutes!
Spinning 45/Brick Training for Triathlons Spin-Run
Take this 45-minute indoor cycling class followed by an optional 30 minute moderately paced run. It is your choice if you wish to extend with the optional run. Bike run bricks are important if you want to be able to run fast after a hard bike ride. The more you cycle and run, the easier both will be for you. The best way to be able to run fast off the bike is to be in such great cycling shape that you don't have to kill yourself to go fast during the cycling portion - thus saving energy and keeping lactate buildup low heading into the run. Running after riding will be a little awkward or uncomfortable as you move through your learning curve.
Spinning and Strength (SAS) Class
This class begins with a 45 minute ride followed by a 30 minute strength & conditioning class. Specifically designed for functional strength, this class will leave you feeling strong and empowered!
YeS Class
One of the most unique offerings at Focus Fitness is the combination "Yoga and Spinning " class know as the "YeS" class. It is Allison's signature combination of the intense cardio of indoor cycling, followed by the meditative and restorative element of yoga. The YeS class consists of 30 minutes of spinning and 30 minutes of yoga.
YeS+ Class
Just as fabulous as the YeS class, YeS+ consists of 45 minutes of spinning and 30 minutes of yoga.
Begin to Spin
This class will prepare our novice riders to participate and feel comfortable in our cycling classes. You will learn the basics of bike set-up, hand positions, body positions, alignment and cardiovascular conditioning. New spinners will be introduced to rides that include intervals, endurance, strength and recovery.
Teen Spin
This class is specifically designed with the teen in mind. Our fun, energizing instructors even create their playlists for the teens! Loads a fun...a must try!!! |
