A 75 minute class done in a warm room heated between 80 and 85 degrees with a flowing style connecting a variety of Yoga poses suitable for all levels.
This is a Vinyasa based flow in a gently warmed room with sun salutations to enhance your experience. All levels welcome. This class may be 60 or 75 minutes.
This 60 minute class is based upon Hatha principles of alignment and is practiced in a gently warmed room with a variety of standing poses, balancing poses, twists, and teacher assists. All levels welcome.

This special class will be offered on Sundays as a unique option to wind-down your weekend and shift into a new week. It will include a Vinyasa Flow followed by an optional meditation. All levels welcome.
