Ariel Yoga

Combination of traditional yoga floor poses and postures using a soft fabric “sling” suspended at waist height. 

Vinyasa Yoga

Flows from one pose to the next with each breath cycle, covering a full spectrum of postures.

Baptiste Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga

Heated, flowing classes involving vigorous, fast-paced poses that condition the whole body.

Mindful Yoga Flow

A steadily-paced yoga class appropriate for all levels with an emphasis on healthy alignment.

Training Studio Strength & Conditioning

High-energy metabolic conditioning classes, alternating with full-body strength and resistance classes to help build muscle and tone.

YeS+ Class

Combination of the intense cardio of indoor cycling, followed by the meditative and restorative elements of yoga.

Spinning 45 & 60

45 and 60-minute indoor cycling classes provide a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all levels.

Spin30 & Sculpt

30 minutes of cardio pumping spinning, followed by conditioning moves and yoga stretching.

Spinning & Core

A 45-minute indoor cycling class for all fitness levels, followed by 15 minutes of hard-core abs!


Suspension Training body weight exercises that develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

Yoga X

60-minute cross-training class that uses TRX ropes in yoga postures to increase range, strength, and flexibility.


A 60-minute meta-burn boxing cardio session. Workout runs through basic boxing skills, drills and techniques.

Born to Burpee: Mommy & Me Workouts

A 45-minute Boot Camp Style Workout designed for mothers of all levels and their children.
