4 Week Beginner Yoga Series
This series of 4 classes are designed to introduce new practioners to the basics of our Vinyasa (flow) series. This individualized attention, while specifically working on the proper alignment of yoga poses, will help you gain flexibility, strength and balance in a safe environment. The focus of this series is exploring sequences of postures (asana sequences) that link breath with movement, such as sun salutations.
