Focus Fitness Gives Back - Donation-Based Group Classes

Join Focus Fitness for a 100% donation based Yoga class developed to renew and restore the body and mind, during and after cancer.

A space to RECOVER & Restore

Join us for Yoga developed to renew and restore the body and mind, during and after cancer. The class offers breathing exercises, arm stretches, strength building sequences, balancing work, and restorative poses. The RePose class is taught by FOCUS instructors, including Karen Gagnier, certified through the Duke Integrated Medicine Yoga of Awareness Program, Yoga 4 Cancer, LifeForce Yoga, Yoga Therapy 500hr, and Kripalu 200hr.

This class is on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:30pm – 2:45pm offered specifically when our studio is quieter with no other scheduled classes. This way, FOCUS Fitness can offer a thriving & supportive environment where the RePose participants are welcomed and nurtured so that they can reduce their anxiety and focus on their healing.  We now offer ReBUILD Strength on Wednesdays at 12:30pm lead by Joann Fegley.


FOCUS is proud to have been offering this 100% donation-based class since we opened our doors in the fall of 2008. Classes are free of charge & donations are encouraged; your support directly goes to Cancer Support Community and LBBC!
