Combination classes at focus fitness
We've combined our different disciplines to create a unique workout that will take your fitness routine to the next level.
YeS+, a Focus Fitness classic, pairs spinning and yoga. Consisting of a 45-minute ride followed by a 30-minute yoga session, you’ll receive both the strength and conditioning gains of spinning and the downregulation and mobility benefits of yoga. Because the cycling position can contribute to muscle tension and dysfunction, we’ve hand-picked specific yoga postures to release chronically tight, over-worked muscles. No prior cycling or yoga experience is required.
This workout starts with a 45-minute ride followed by a 30-minute TRX (total resistance exercise) mash-up of core, strength, mobility and stability work. This method of strength and condition training, appropriate for all fitness levels, uses body weight and gravity to develop strength, stability and mobility. Note: Participants can choose to ride during the 45-minute spin session and opt out of the TRX component.
Spin Barefoot Boot Camp
The must-try, all levels class – a comprehensive, full-body workout – features the best of spin, barre (isometric strength training) and bootcamp-style movements, all in one hour.
Spend 60 minutes BURNING IT with 30 minutes of hard core spinning and 30 minutes with a full body conditioning interval circuit workout that includes TRX. This class will leave you feeling energized, sweaty and burning calories all day long. Come Sweat with us.
Start with a 30-minute ride followed by a 30-minute strength and conditioning series using light hand weights. Specifically designed for functional strength, this class will leave you feeling strong and empowered!
This 45-minute spin experience provides a fun, challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. Participation in the Spinning® program will enhance your speed, strength and stamina, improve your overall physical health, and increase your caloric burn. Follow up your ride with 15 minutes of intense abdominal work!
TRX Conditioning Circuit
Spend 50 minutes working out with a full body conditioning, interval circuit that includes TRX, barefoot boot camp and more. This class will leave you feeling energized, sweaty and burning calories all day long. Come Sweat with us to start your day!
Get the benefits of yoga and TRX, all in one hour! This all levels cross-training class implements TRX in yoga postures to improve mobility and stability.
