Nathalie Wetzel
Nathalie Wetzel is a long time believer in the mental and physical benefits of Pilates, Yoga and Meditation. She has trained extensively in both Classical Pilates and Pranakriya Yoga, but has also studied many other schools of Yoga.

Nathalie's classes for adults focus on stability and long isometric holds, and can be modified to accommodate a broad spectrum of fitness levels. She also teaches children, with whom she loves to share the benefits and enjoyment of yoga.
