Deborah Gordon
Deb began spinning approximately 10 years ago, after the birth of her younger son. She remembers her first class fondly, because she forgot a water bottle, neglected to bring a towel and yet loved every minute of the blaring music and intense and sweaty workout

Deb decided to get her spin certification and start teaching because she wanted to share her enthusiasm for cycling and fitness with others. Each ride she creates allows her spinners to channel their inner motivations and use their daily stresses as fuel; from a 60 minute mountain climb to a race through the New England countryside to a triathlon in Kona, HI, Deb strives to make the workout challenging, fun and even transformative.

Deb is thrilled to be a part of Focus Fitness of the Main Line because she believes that there is no better combination for the body, mind and spirit than spinning and yoga. Deb also enjoys other forms of fitness, including weight training, running, boxing, circuit training and adventure racing. She is certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

A bookworm at heart, Deb's daily life is spent as an attorney, and she is thrilled to be starting as a law professor this fall. Deb's free time is spent with her loving husband and two handsome sons, working on their house, cheering at sporting events and enjoying the outdoors.
