After spending over 8 years in the financial industry as a Regional V.P. in New York City, I relocated back to the suburban Philadelphia area with my family to allow for a less hectic way of life. I found that New York City was not the only source of chaos in my life; I soon thereafter found myself in a round-about way exiting the corporate world for what I thought would be a brief time off, allowing to raise my three daughters and revisit my long lost days of group exercise instruction. That was almost 8 years ago.

My certifications include Johnny G. Spin (MadDog), AAAI/ISMA group fitness instructor and Bosu Certification. I am currently completing the ACE personal training instruction. Spinning is my first "love", but highly believe in cross-training and am pushing out of one's comfort zone to try and achieve
