Studio Etiquette & Policies
| • |
Please arrive on time, at least 10 minutes before the class is scheduled. Give yourself time for a few stretches, a moment of meditation, or time to relax from the day. If you arrive just as class is beginning, please find a place quietly. |
| • |
Please remove your shoes and place them in the reception cubbies for ANY class (Yoga, Spinning or Pilates). |
| • |
Please turn off cell phones & pagers. |
| • |
Please avoid strong smelling fragrances. |
| • |
Come hydrated and allow 2-3 hours for digestion after large meals. |
| • |
Always practice at your own level. Never compare or compete-even with yourself. |
| • |
Please keep conversations low when you arrive and leave as other students may be relaxing or meditating. We want to create a space of healing, quiet, and relaxation as well as one of friendship. |
| • |
Please stay through Savasana (final resting pose), as it is an integral part of your practice. If you must leave early notify the teacher before the start of class and be as courteous as possible. |
| • |
Please pick up after yourself, put away all props and clean your space. |

Sign Up & Cancellations
It is recommended that you sign up in advance for all classes. This can be done at a studio visit or online. Your reservation will be held until the class begins. If you need to cancel your class, please do so in advance. 24 hours would be appreciated. If you cancel less than two hours before the class, a class will be taken off your class card. If you have an unlimited package, a single class fee of $17 will be charged to your account.
For those of you who have biking shoes, our bikes are equipped with SPD clips.
All class cards, as well as monthly and yearly unlimited packages, are non-transferable and non-refundable. As well, no extensions on the time frames will be given and unlimited packages cannot be put on hold.
