We're dedicated to your ride!

Focus Fitness is dedicated to helping you feel welcome and comfortable while riding with us. Our instructors want to get you accustomed to riding with progressive tension so you can reach your long term fitness goals. We'll personally help set you up on your bike, and continue to help you as long as you need. Our black-lighting turns your focus inward, allowing you to focus internally. The room exudes energy and you will feel completely motivated from start to finish! It's a powerful workout, and an empowering experience. We are an official Spinning® certified gym, offering authentic Spinning classes by trained instructors. On Spinner bikes at Focus, riders experience a challenging, exhilarating and fun workout.

Focus Fitness Brings more of the experience together for you. In addition to the 80 in-studio classes a week we offer, we Focus on Specialized groups for all their fitness needs.
